OUR DREAMS

True

we see what all we like to see and

don’t like to see

but we are blind-folded,

we  hear and  listen

to earfull  of music be they

are good  or bad.

But our ears are plugged

we breathe easy

but we are suffocated 24X7.

True  

we walk with our hands free

but

we feel like our hands tied to the back

we  walk as quickly as we wish

but

we feel like our legs

being chained like

chained elephants

what all we crave for and

yearn for is freedom.

Under the malevolent dictator

the priceless treasure we miss badly

is freedom from fear.

We always  want

to be fearless

to ventillate

our  protests and anger

freedom to gather anywhere we like

and speak out

loudly against the

brutal suppression

let loose by the

malevolent dictator with

all out support

cold-blooded armed forces.

With the dream of

breaking free our

unseen chains 

unseen earplugs

unseen tied behind our backs

unseen chained legs.

Dream we can

no one can stop

us from immersing

in our dreams ever

no one can build barriers

to the inexorable flow

to anyone’s dreams..
