Battle lines are drawn,
forces put on high alert,
across both sides of the border,
by the two rival nations,
national emergency declared by both,
emotions run high and,
patriotism at its peak,
across both sides of the border,
now an issue should be needed,
to cross swords against each other,
now an issue should have to be discovered.
That is the billion-dollar problem.
